Training sessions were frequently interrupted or started late, and there were no clear process documents or structured onboarding materials in place, which made it difficult to succeed in the role. I also experienced inappropriate and concerning comments during my time there, including remarks about hiring decisions that referenced race. This created an uncomfortable and unprofessional work environment. Overall, the lack of structure, accountability, and professional communication made the role challenging and unsustainable.
