Through steady, opportunistic growth, Dudek has grown from a small California firm to over 500 employees servicing clients nationwide. While that growth means new projects, services, and roles, it does not change our core value that every person at Dudek is empowered to be a leader. Folks who have grown into decision-making roles here care deeply about encouraging individuals’ entrepreneurial growth and preserving Dudek as an employee-owned, client-serving company.
We believe passionately in balancing our firm growth with employee growth. That balance isn’t possible without transparency and trust. We encourage any Dudek employee to share ideas or concerns with a mentor, supervisor, or leadership team member so we can continue building our company together. There are a lot of exciting things happening at Dudek, but they aren’t possible without the trust and collaboration of all of our employee owners!
Excellent support from company team. Flexibility is also excellent.
Svantaggi
Highly competitive. Large employee pool.

Working outdoors and year end bonus after an extra quarter into the next year
Svantaggi
Rude/disrespectful, expected to work weekends and use your own car because they tell you that you will have access to fleet vehicles when you are hired but there is actually only one and it’s always reserved by someone else and they expect you to take time away from your own life to hang out with “office friends” and you are to put your own wellbeing and safety in the back burner so that they can reach unrealistic expectations so that your boss can get a fat bonus and you can get all your time burned up
