Hostile work environment. Many managers, but none of them know how to manage. Within a week of working there, two employees told me it was a horrible place to work. If you're a salesman, good luck, because they give half the leads to a guy whose been there for decades. Then they reward him for being the "top" salesman. If you've been there ten years or more you can make a modest living. If you're new, then you're nothing more than a tissue. Used and discarded. They're inventory is overpriced, so there's very little phone calls and almost zero walk on. They will keep you a few months and then discard you. If you are a successful, seasoned producing salesman, why would you want to go there? If you are not, they won't keep you around long. So basically, it's a revolving door of salesman. If you are still going to go there to work, have a plan B, as you will need it.

Nice managers, huge car inventory

Svantaggi

The management does not disclose the gross profit on the cars, hence it is impossible to figure out how much you are actually earning than what you take home from the paycheque.
