DUFFY Realty has been an amazing company to work for and has allowed me to grow in real estate in ways I could have never accomplished with another company. I have been with DUFFY on and off since 2005 and have taken part in each position offered at some point or another. We are a close tribe and take pride in offering cross training so that each person working for our team knows how to do one another's job in the event that someone is out. We have detailed SOP's, training quizzes, videos, manuals etc., and work together to collaborate weekly in team meetings. I would say the only downside is that when we do have to hire someone new that we all have extremely high standards, and we will expect nothing less than 100% from them. This is because we have to be able to trust that someone working on our behalf is putting our client first. Buying and selling a home can be the biggest purchase of someone's life and that is a huge responsibility. We are transparent and willing to train anyone with the desire to learn, but they have to also be committed to the same level.
