Getting a PhD is for not the faint of heart holding off the financial independence

This is a great experience and my team was excited to work with undergrads. I learned a lot and participated in stand up meetings.

It really varies based on your team and how much experience you are able to contribute. Sometimes the teams don't have a clear role for you or there's a lack of communication.
