I work in the store support centre and love working for Dunelm because it is a great culture where you are encouraged to be yourself, it isn't hierarchical so you are able to speak to any level without feeling embarrassed. Everyone is very supportive and willing to help, there are absolutely zero politics or backstabbing. The career progression opportunities are great and you are able to make a real difference. The company adopts hybrid working which means you are able to choose wherever you want to work from, this means I am able to be in control of my work life balance.
