Dunelm have 'some' really nice ambitious people that really want to do a great job. Some teams work really well and have some Agile understanding. They seem keen on training but not so much on execution. Ok Technology stack

Svantaggi

Pay is lower end of average. Some of the employees who have been there a while and not been in other companies have an ego and are favouritised, making it hard to near impossible for progression or even to be heard. Not open to change. Some bullying going on in the background if your face dont fit. Advertise WFH but really want you in the office at least twice a week. Not Neurodiversity friendly but they advertise they are! They allow some colleagues to have poor behaviour and act passively aggressive towards you.
