      the owners at the particular location that I worked at made you clock out for 15 minute "lunches." They also did not pay overtime. Instead, they rolled over the extra hours into the next weeks and paid straight time.

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
