      The first location I worked at was amazing! -coworkers were more like family -hours were never a problem -half hour lunch break -amazing customers -great pay and raise opportunities (nothing bad to say)

      The second location.... -employees had their own group of friends and if you weren't in it then you were SOL. -no lunch break even working 8 hours -rude customers -terrible pay

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
