Decisions are made by 2 people and has to be followed by everyone. 3. Worst work culture. 4. Growth prospect might be decent for entry level but not at all for mid and high level positions. 5. Stressfull work environment is created by the Management. 6. Management has the knack of lowering the self esteem of their best talent. 7. Very weak founding team.
