Thank you for your honest feedback. I'm deeply concerned about your comment that "management can be quite sexist," and hope you might speak with me or P&C in confidence about this. We will not tolerate workplace discrimination of any kind. It's important to me that everyone at Duo has the opportunity to do their best work, and a voice that matters. Supporting our employee-led initiatives (such as women@duo) is part of this, though we need to make sure these are effective, and not just token efforts. Building an inclusive culture is not easy, and we can always do better.
