Supporting a product that makes a huge impact on the security environment and makes the lives and jobs of millions of people easier and safer, so you really feel like you're making a difference on a big scale.

Mostly that things are changing rapidly and it can be difficult to keep your head wrapped around it. The thing that the company seems to struggle the most with alongside this explosive growth and change is continuing to invest accordingly in people's development.

I appreciate your taking the time to provide feedback. Many of the items you’ve identified as positives were also influential in my own decision to join Duo, so to hear that these themes still ring true today is gratifying. I did want to touch on your point about people development. While we’ve made some progress here, clearly we need to apply more focus to further evolve this important initiative. I'm excited about our new Organizational Development and Learning leader who will help enable these programs.
