Horrible layoff experience. Manager of 3 years didn’t reach out to me after it happened. Worst severance package I’ve ever received from a company g when getting laid off. Management does not know what they are doing. Things change all the time and it’s usually with the intention to stay ahead of the market curve and predict the next best thing, not because they actually think this is something the industry currently needs. The technology breaks regularly. Our customers dread 4/20 with us because of it. I would never recommend Dutchie as a place to work.
I was part of one of the many layoffs they’ve done in the last couple years. I was a tenured CSM doing well, then out of the blue got put on a pilot sales team that was completely different than my normal CSM functions. Didn’t get any heads up this would happen, didn’t ask if I wanted to be on the team, they just completely changed my job one day. Big surprise, that team didn’t do well because dutchie wasn’t doing well and didn’t have a true way to support the team, so they just laid us all off. :)
