From an IT perspective, management has assembled quite a sprawl of IT products and SaaS solutions (sometimes from direct competitors for similar services) and assume there will be interoperability between them, when oftentimes there is not. Currently the company is in a weird limbo between Google and Microsoft products, mixing both, and it has created quite a mess for IT professionals here to manage an increasing scope of platforms.
