This was the first time I applied for a job by also notifying the recruiter that I would have really loved working in that position. And it's true, I thought it would be fun due to having the ability of doing backend dev and devops at the same time, while that's true, what's even better is that the team is collaborative, understanding, well organised, capable of exchanging ideas and point of view without the fear of being shut down, we have great documentation and onboarding. We have time to work on long term and maintainable solutions, we collaborate with other companies teams.
Also note that the CEO doesn't make me feel like he's looking forward to replace me with a chatbot, so that's also nice to work with a person who is aware of the social role of employment and work. I'd suggest anyone who wants to build something collaborating with people and for people to apply.
