Bad business communication and transparency. They handled a potential acquisition terribly and ultimately didn't go through because DynPro wasn't worth aquiring. Management also had temper tantrums and verbally abused people to get tasks done. Fear and disrespect were often tactics that were used. Commission structure was built for engineers and built horribly for sales people. Multiple decreasing modifiers, based on BPU and your payout is determined after engineer hours computed and project finished which would look like negative to very small commission on 6 figure deals.
As well as taking another 1-2 months post the quarter end to get paid out.
