Poor organization/mgmt - Recensione dipendente - Billing presso Dynacare

Very poor management. Lots of favouritism. Seniors do not know what you do in your role. Lots of work dumped on you with very little help or solution to work overload. It’s also more like a customer service job than billing so the job description isn’t accurate. Lots of manual work and it’s all messed up. No room for promotion
