      This company is a Multi-Level Marketing Company or some might call Pyramid Company. As expected of such structure, there are new employees coming in weekly and you get to be the trainer in very short time. Summary: - Quick Advancement - New Faces

      There are so many more Cons than Pro ... Door to Door sales person for Multi-Level Marketing Company summarizes the whole experience. - Long hours. Employees end up working 10+ hours a day. No overtime is paid because you are considered as outside sales person (excempt from Fair Labor Standard Act) - Mandatory Fun Company outing TWICE A WEEK?! Often times the outing is held in a smoking environment. - No Benefits This one might be obvious but Full time employee with no benefits... no 401k, no insurance - Empty Promises Typical of Multi-Level Marketing Companies but there are a lot of empty promises. Personally, I felt unethical to work for such company. I would have a completely different opinion if employees were actually non-exempt full-time. But like I said above, typical employees are outside sales person(thus exempt).

At no time also were you asked to "buy into the company." finance your training or tools, or recruit friends or family.       I see reviews on here about how they were deceptive and it's a scam and blah blah blah. Yes it is face to face marketing sales. What does that mean? Door to door sales. Is that a bad thing? Not necessarily. Is it for me no. What this company has to offer is transformational leadership. That said; they put effort into their employees to become the best they can be. I only went for the first interview but I have nothing bad to say about this company. There is a three-step process interview where you'll be able to answer any questions you have. I strongly suggest that you do ask questions and leave nothing to question. Coming up on April 4 of this year they will have their one year anniversary. I took the time to look over their website research the CEO and the assistant managers and met with Marshall. He was a very nice upbeat energetic person that I enjoyed meeting and being an interviewee with. This company will go far with the path that they are on. I believe wholeheartedly in this

      I have to at least have 20 words for the cons. I'm going to tell you this there are no cons if you don't like door-to-door sales don't apply if you can stand to have door-to-door sales for a little bit and then move on up and advance your career go for it.
