      The people are all goal focused Environment is fun a lot of energy, no micro managing and not your typical "job"

      The only real cons if you actually can work by your self and not need a babysitter is the hours. They start at 11 end at 8:15-830. And have days where they hangout afterwards, having kids just made it difficult but it is still doable I know the assistant manager has two kids and lives in Muskogee so it can be done.

      Your review is just awesome. We love everything about it (except for the fact that the hours didn't work you or your family)!! You are right in saying that we hate micromanaging and we definitely don't offer a typical job. Our Management Training Program requires a sincere investment of time and energy, but it's always worth it. So glad you saw that too.       I see reviews on here about how they were deceptive and it's a scam and blah blah blah. Yes it is face to face marketing sales. What does that mean? Door to door sales. Is that a bad thing? Not necessarily. Is it for me no. What this company has to offer is transformational leadership. That said; they put effort into their employees to become the best they can be. I only went for the first interview but I have nothing bad to say about this company. There is a three-step process interview where you'll be able to answer any questions you have. I strongly suggest that you do ask questions and leave nothing to question. Coming up on April 4 of this year they will have their one year anniversary. I took the time to look over their website research the CEO and the assistant managers and met with Marshall. He was a very nice upbeat energetic person that I enjoyed meeting and being an interviewee with. This company will go far with the path that they are on. I believe wholeheartedly in this

      I have to at least have 20 words for the cons. I'm going to tell you this there are no cons if you don't like door-to-door sales don't apply if you can stand to have door-to-door sales for a little bit and then move on up and advance your career go for it.
