The “Commercial Organization” at DDS is absolutely incredible! Comprised of some of the most talented employees I have ever worked with, this team is has grown the company over 200% the last “3 Years” and has literally transformed the company! The culture is unmatched, uncapped commission plans are provided to the sales team, with constant sales bonuses given throughout the year rewarding hard working employees for their results/performance! Benefits have improved significantly, with the company covering a significant amount of employee healthcare costs and fully covering employee dental/vision costs! Employees have the opportunity for significant growth if they perform and work hard. The culture is a work hard, play hard type culture with low tolerance for drama and employees whom are not focused on the team, but only their self interests. You are not just a cog in a wheel at DDS, you are a major part of the team, where your contributions matter. Pay is extremely competitive, with sales people paid extremely well when they perform and deliver on results! One of the most incredible places I have ever worked for!
