The office practice leaders are fun and receptive with an open door to hear anyone out. The headquarters are in New Jersey and the company is trying to grow in Texas, so the sky is the limit if you do decide to stick around, work hard, and commit to growing the firm.

There are strict company drafting standards created by the CAD team. As a PM who joined from another firm, it felt like a constant battle with the CAD team trying to have plans produced and appear how I wanted even though it was my seal and signature that would be going on the plans. The practice leaders are super busy trying to win work and grow in Texas, so there is not a lot of time from the most experienced staff to provide training or mentor younger engineers through design.
