Small company - Recensione dipendente - Benefits Coordinator presso Dynamic HR

I have been with this company for over 16 years. Their customers are happy and that makes my job easier. I would not have stayed 16 years unless they were great. There's always something exciting going on.

We've been work from home for a while. I miss the team internaction.

Client base is mediocre, at best.

Extremely inefficient and inadequate management. Ineffective, inept,uncommunicative, vague-at best and very indecisive as to what is expected and required.
