You’re treated like a child, told you cannot be in your phones at all then the manager sits on their phone and tries to hide it, if you don’t get time off 10 days a year that’s sick and vacation, if you have children they don’t care. It’s a disgrace the way employees are treated. Get a pay cut and then told you need to work ever harder. The managers are rude, don’t have time for you. My first day I got 20 minutes of training and then was on my own. If you’re a god employee they’ll give you way more work. Overworked abs under paid. And lies lies lies. You don’t get annual raises at all. When someone complains about the manangement and how horrible it is they’re told it’s a lie by the owner.
