I've always found our culture to be incredibly positive and the amount of investment that has been put into our team has been well beyond what I've seen in other companies. The Founders were always generous and supportive of our professional development. I can say that working at Dynamic Owl has been transformation for my career. - To match the team, DO's customers are just as wonderful and a pleasure to work with. This is not a typical consulting shop - projects are selected very carefully and everyone cares deeply about ensuring our customers' successes - our customers would attest to this! - Company recently went through an acquisition. This move will not only preserve the future of Bonzai but will power the team to deliver more services and more options to our customers. Every small successful company eventually needs support in growing and expanding especially at this rate. This was a great move and one will ensure the future success of the product and the customers. - Contrary to some previous comments, not everyone was let go but everyone received very generous compensation and notices which is uncommon for an acquisition. A good number of employees have been offered long-term positions. The transition has been executed with complete transparency and respect for all employees but of course not everyone will be happy and understandably so.
