Working at Dynamic Planning & Response has been rewarding to say the least. I am offered continued growth opportunities and work with a diverse team. Leadership is supportive and has an open door policy.

At times, it may become challenging to feel connected with a dispersed workforce, but DP&R works hard to bridge the distance between employees by annual meetings, festivities, as well as employee engagement.

I'm very grateful for my experience working for DP&R. Through them I was able to work at the historic Pearl Harbor base. I've been able to meet some great people, colleagues and now friends. It's been an enjoyable experience. Although it was a contract work, it was a great path to entrance into working for DOD. The management and staff at DP&R are wonderful to work for and to represent.
