High stress invironment with little/no reward. Terrible culture, benefits and work/life balance. You can work from home 100% but if you actually care about trying to get work done you'll be working 60-80 hour weeks, or more, and lose sleep over the amount of stress you'll be under. Over the past few years each company Dynamic Quest has acquired have had all, or nearly all of the existing staff and client base leave or be terminated. If you're interviewing, ask leadership the cause for a complete turnover of all top-level management. You'll be told that the founder retired out, but ask why. Ask what happened to the Vadosta office, why is the Jacksonville office slimmed down so much, where are all the existing employees in Birmingham? Where are all the existing managers that onboarded from the Pooler office. Ask them what has happened to all of the US-based staff that worked with the company for years and years. Ask them what their churn rate is and why they lose so many clients. Ask them why they opt more to use 3rd party IT techs from other firms to handle most field tech work. Ask them if they verify that all 3rd party techs are meeting the standards required to work in healthcare environments before sending them onsite where they will have direct access to PHI. Ask them if they plan to sell or merge with another company soon and what will happen to you if/when that happens. In the end, you can be successul here and make good money, if you tow the line and keep your mouth shut about how poorly the clients and colleagues are treated. Don't get comfortable with anything, because it will all likely change in the blink of an eye.
