Seems like Eric & Patrick understand oceanographic sciences extremely well. They seem highly motivated in autonomous research.

Debt collectors seem very interested in technology transfer programs in payment agreements.

The job is simple but it’s not for everyone. If you are persistent and can disengage from your emotional state when you are not being treated with respect, you will collect a lot of money. But you have to know when to be assertive and when to be passive.

Remaining professional when you get aren’t necessarily respected by the people with whom come in contact on the phones. There are a lot of hang ups, voicemails, wrong numbers, payers and non-payers. Your job is to sift through them and collect as much money as possible. You must remain respectful at all times even if they curse you out. Debtors are emotional and they can also be closed off especially when they owe money they don’t have or unwilling to pay back.
