Very supportive and educational environment. Was always fun to go to work

Work a lot of hours including weekends and holidays

The biggest pro is they are willing to train you even if you didn’t go to college. I really wanted a chance to learn some business skills but I didn’t have a college degree or anything

I guess the only con is every quarter the campaign parameters change and sometimes getting everything done on time is a little difficult
