The environment is very relaxed while still being very productive. We all sit together and have fun while also getting our work done. The company was set up in a way where everything runs itself now. Everyone in the office is very helpful and pleasant to work with. No egos. I’ve learned a lot from everyone.

Was hoping to get some overtime hours but we pretty much only work 40hr weeks. This might be a pro for some people

Little to none to be seen. You will pickup skills you never knew you had out of necessity.

Next level individual Micromanaging Non-existent team Extremely bad time management leading to twice or triple the amount of work. Instructs employees to write fake 4-5 star reviews. Extremely stressful environment
