Svantaggi
My experience at Dynamic Systems was disappointing. The benefits are below industry standards. PTO starts at 7 days annually plus whatever sick time your state requires, which results in uneven policies across the company. After 5 years, employees receive an additional 5 days PTO; at 10 years, a one-time “bonus” of 5 days is provided for that year only. The company previously had a more generous PTO policy but reduced it to this level. The 401(k) match is technically 3%, but it is heavily backloaded. Employees receive no match at all until completing two full years, with full vesting taking six years. The President has made it clear that employees should not expect annual raises. Cost-of-living increases are not guaranteed, and employees may go years without any adjustment. While multiple health insurance options are offered, they seem to be pass-through plans rather than actively negotiated; I paid more for less coverage here than at any previous employer. Opportunities for career growth and development are limited. Additionally, there is inconsistency in policies and benefits between departments and between remote and onsite employees; those working remotely tend to have better arrangements. There are supportive leaders at the company who genuinely care about their teams. I choose not to comment on the President. There's more to say, but overall, I cannot recommend Dynamic Systems based on my experience.
