- My Manager is always engaged with their employees, looking for areas for personal growth as well as team growth - I am on a dynamic team that focuses on what we can do to help both clients and the product, and feel that our input is valued - Though purchased by McDonalds and McD is involved in our marketing/events, it doesn’t seem to have affected the culture of the company - Benefits are great, especially with the McDonald’s purchase - Pay is slightly above-market - Tons of smart colleagues that are happy to knowledge-share and don’t keep information locked away and segregated (bonus: everyone is super nice)

- The company has two main offices: New York City and Tel Aviv, with a smattering of employees in other markets (Europe, Asia, rest of the US) and this can make scheduling a bit difficult if you aren’t located in those two main offices or if you’re trying to accommodate someone who is - Travel policy is a bit outdated and restrictive - Could use a more modern vacation policy in line with other startups for US employees (4 weeks/unlimited would be nice, though the current 3 isn’t awful)
