I have been working at Dynamics Resources as a Sales Rep less than a year and so far so good. It's a respectful environment with free food and drinks. Sales team had large turn over since everyone is hired with contract to hire and the management is looking for the right team. i like the job since i want to succeed in IT sales and i am provided with the opportunity for that.

Understanding the products is a challenge

They have a nicely stocked kitchen

No training, expectations high from the start, horrible communication.
