First of all the training is great. The team makes sure you understand the importance of the product and how you will contribute to the industry. The senior Engineering and sales team do not hesitate to assist you whenever you need help or are under pressure. Everyone works together to make sure the client is satisfied as well as the employee. You get to work in engineering, sales, marketing, shipping and business development, making a difference. You get to work with a range of companies from small family owned businesses all the way to large MNC's in the engineering industry.

Nothing as of yet, Dynamix is growing.

Great colleagues and friendly environment. You get to deal with various clients in industries across Canada and the US. Relaxed work environment which keeps you motivated to get the job done.

Not much negatives I can think of.
