More of a con for the industry, but can be very busy at times.

Fulfilling projects, and a dedicated team! Schedule flexibility is a plus!

Dynamix merged with 3 other companies in 2019, and ever since the culture shifted to a more "corporate" feel. It also seems like the parent company isn't exactly clear about the overall health of the business. Was told the company was doing well, but then my position was eliminated due to economic hardships.
