worked at Dynamo Software and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. Here are the key issues I encountered: Excessive Workload: Despite being hired for a specific role, I was assigned a workload equivalent to that of a Senior Project Manager without the corresponding support or compensation. Lack of Training & Support: The company provided only around nine hours of training in total, which was insufficient given the complexity of the tasks assigned. Unpaid Overtime: I regularly worked 3–4 hours after my shift to handle the workload, yet this extra effort was neither acknowledged nor compensated. Toxic Work Culture: In a small team, professional competence often took a backseat to personal relationships. Employees were expected to engage in colleagues' personal lives rather than focusing on their jobs. Misleading Bonus Scheme: During my layoff conversation, I was assured I would receive the yearly bonus at the end of January. However, after waiting for it, I was later informed that no bonus would be paid, contradicting what was initially communicated. Overall, Dynamo Software does not honour its commitments. I would not recommend this company to professionals seeking fair treatment and career growth.
