Great guys! Great environment! - Recensione dipendente - Help Desk Support presso Dynasis Integrated Systems

For an IT company that handles multiple clients very relaxed and friendly environment, game room is nice place to play some pool after work and hang with co-workers, kitchen is great with all the snacks and lunch options. All teams are a great fit and everyone gets along great! I have worked here a rather long time and started at the bottom and worked my way up and I am not a family member.

Only con i can think of is no 401k options

This is hard. Nate was probably the one pro. Despite the insane limitations he had to work with he would do his best to fight for the engineers.

Where to start. The management is made up of family members and friends. There is no where to move up. Management refuses to spend money to implement the proper technology. Hosted infrastructure was terribly designed and managed. Head of sales wasn't afraid to be dishonest with customers and let the engineers sort it out. Benefits were non existent. The talent level was extremely poor resulting in overload on the engineers with talent. No training of any kind. Don't waste your time at Dynasis like I did.
