-long onboarding process (up to 1 month) -unreliable communication - HOURS ARE NOT RELIABLE- management cancels shifts within 1 hour of your start time saying that there aren’t enough projects that day (2-3/4 of my shifts were shortened or cancelled per week). I was also told after my break once that my shift was just over- even though I was scheduled for 5 more hours in the night -technological requirements make onboarding tedious -various platforms including one which isn’t even part of the job requirements -such an influx of employees that most employees aren’t retained. There are a large amount of “nesting employees.”

Thank you for your feedback; we are sorry you had such a negative experience in our call center. We agree that retention is very important, which is why we work to provide an engaging culture and flexible schedule to keep employees coming back. Shifts can fill up quickly, and schedules can be altered based on how busy or slow the business happens to be that day. Our flexible scheduling allows for easy work but can certainly be frustrating when it comes to shift changes. We’re sorry that you experienced more than your fair share of this. Our onboarding process is being revamped and streamlined, so hopefully future employees won’t experience the issues you did.

flexable hours and reliiable pay for the hours you work. paid bi-weekly

you had a quota of calls you had to have daily and complete surveys. I could not make people answer their phones. i had to keep people on phone to complete surveys. some surveys would take 30mins! i could get completes. but i got cussed at and screamed at very regularly. i could still get a complete survey even being cussed at. but they kept making itarder with new quota requirements. it became a job that was way too stressful. hours dried up after presidential election. it wasnt very reliable on hours.

The schedules are super flexible, team leads are really great

environment can be stressful, low pay and shifts get canceled. It's a little frustrating when your doing your best on surveys and calls and then you get deductions.
