Remote working is allowed but they're soon going to add a back to office scheme (like everywhere else) The office is ok - there's plenty of occasions to socialize - they put a lot of emphasis on the culture, everyone is super friendly , the health insurance is very good, I don't feel micro managed. Things are changing often so a lot of opportunities to make an impact and to learn if you want to keep up. If not, nobody is pressuring anyone, You get to decide your own rhythm. You don't need to fight for being promoted, they come towards you to offer it for you. That is nice and doesn't happen often

Svantaggi

No meals tickets - they offer you the option to have Eden red for tax benefits but it's subtracted from your salary. Not much transparency, no clear guidance from managers on how do to things. Lack of procedures but that's because they're trying to find a balance between giving free hand and helping people not be lost. The product seems to have a some issues and no processes to see a bug being fixed beginning - end.

Decent Product Great Perks Co-Workers

A lot of what happens to your career is beyond your control. You can be a top performer and still only meet satisfied in remarks. The customer success departments went through some changes earlier this year and it left it splintered. A lot of toxic environments take place in pockets and everyone is cliqued up. I suppose you could say this is like every corporation, but this was junior varsity level office politics. If you made someone upset you could be next. Most of the executive leadership and brings in their buddies who have no idea how the product works and all of the veterans have left by now. It's mostly a game of grab behind and brown nosing.
