Feeling both the pros and the cons you describe. Working in a bigger office w/100+ people. Fortunately we have a great cafeteria (canteen)! The idea of giving employees opportunity to take a few days to improve efficiency resonate with me. Colleagues say working at Dynatrace like "drinking from fire hose". This is good because it makes job exciting, but downside is you never seem to get time to improve processes/procedures. Could use two or three days to rethink things to create efficiencies, improving both personal and company performance. But overall, I enjoy Dynatrace atmosphere, culture, people.
