Then, Steve Pace, CRO, resigned last year. Since then, the new CRO, Dan Zeigler, has come in from VMWare and has systematically fired everyone below him, replaced with VMWare cronies. Those replacements, fired everyone below them and replaced with VMWare buddies. This has gone on all up and down the entire US org. It has turned into a full out good ole buddies club of the VMWare guys and the legacy Dynatracers. The animosity that the new VMWare people have for the originals is so obvious (like sales leaders STILL wearing VMWare shirts on team calls) that HR has noted they have issues with this monstrous cultural shift.
