Layoffs every few months for years. Laying off people who were just hired - why are you even hiring them in the first place? Everyone has a target on their back. Incompetent buddies of the leadership team allowed to keep jobs while talented people lose theirs. Truly dumb middle managers poorly executing the will of short sighted upper level managers.
