Dynetics is coasting on its reputation from past decades. Dynetics expects you to be loyal to the company, but doesn't reciprocate to you as an employee. The company has recently completely changed. It appears new employees were hired at a fast rate so that they could get a better deal on the Leidos buyout, but there's now a huge expertise gap. They also have lower salaries relative to other companies without any real justification. The company doesn't seem to have a bright future ahead of it.
