Good 401k match Decent time off for new hires compared to other small businesses. Good tuition assistance (they have a tiered payback plan if you leave the company, so you’re not indentured for years and years)

Insurance could be a concern if you’re not young and single. Leidos corporate is trying to slowly kill the Dynetics name, so that gets pretty old. That’s showbiz, I guess. Employee retention is a problem.
