I am trusted to make decisions about the team without interference, but at the same time I know support is always available from colleagues and senior management. This is passed on to the team, making for a happy and productive environment.

Quite a bit of planning can sometimes be needed, due to low staffing levels. Not a major issue though, as everyone pulls in the same direction.
