I just started. Good company so far

Dytran is every engineers dream if that dream is being able to work on variety of projects and demonstrate your capabilities. owners push for engineers to innovate and come up with great ideas. management is exceptional in understanding everyones position in the company and whether its a good fit or not. the open door policy is stated and exercised at least in the engineering department if not all others.

small company where growth potential is limited for the highly experienced and competition is non existent. it is great for early career people who are looking to get their hands on skills as well as some exposure to great design for manufacturing environment.
