When introduced to the few office staff, most did not even say Hi back. Completely an unwelcoming office environment.
I agree 100% with the comments left by the previous reviewer. Management tells you everything that you want to hear in order to hire you: benefits, there are opportunities to move up, a lot of projects that you will be able to collaborate in, and we are a calm environment.
There is no formal introductory training which caught me off guard. There is no official training manual which I thought was uncommon and unheard of.. They throw you into the position without having a clear cut job description and duties which you learn on the spot and independently.
The job description that I applied for online did not match the actual duties of the position which is unfortunate. Again, like below, it is answering the phones, rearranging data online, and using outdated technologies.
I felt completely offended by the equipment that I was provided. Dirty keyboard with lay crumbs and long 3 inches white hairs embedded within the device. It was below satisfactory and unfortunately my home computer is more modern than what they offered me at my desk.
$13 an hour. Honestly not even worth your time.
