Team members were really nice, friendly and supportive! Clients nice most of the time. Location was good but that was also about it!

Bullying was commonplace and so was belittling. Many members of the team became ill because of this treatment including myself. Perpetrators were allowed to carry on with this practice even when you reported them. Talents were not recognized and the only way up was to become a "pet" of the Line Manager. High turn-over of staff as we all quit as soon as something better came up outside the company. Suggestions to how the company could perform better and to cut down on waiting time for clients were not passed on. Improvements I suggested came after I quit and I wonder who took that credit. Ehh not!

Due to market liberalization there are a lot of changes to cope with. The company is navigating through changes and transformation so you have to keep up with them (changes)
