Working hours cover 8am till 10pm - too late finish. Very demanding. Very little support, not enough expert staff to help you with the more difficult queries. End to end role means you have to be an expert in absolutely everything - salary does not reflect this. Training not given to cope with complex accounts queries. Team Leaders get the job without being experts in the energy industry too.
