The company has a really compelling mission and is connected to a lot of partners who are all pulling in the same direction. Energy is a really exciting sector that's explodong right now - think fintech 2010 for the type of disruption thats occurring. So much opportunity for the sharp ones. Get involved! I work remotely and visit the office once or twice a month. E.On are very employee-centric and accommodating. They focus on outcomes so as long as you are on top of what's needed you are free to work in a way that suits you.
