Job was located far away from home

Good support from upper management. The hours were long sometimes, and the schedule was tight, but overall it was a great place to work. The people made it worth it.

The location. The job was a job that many don’t get to do, which made it worth the drive into work. It’s the drive home that makes it tough, especially with families.
